Your Facilitators

Karina
@iamkarinamariSomatic bodyworker, breathwork facilitator, energy healer, astrologist.
“Life happens for you, not to you.”
Karina's work is about helping you reconnect with your deepest self — remembering, recognising and accepting who you truly are. In Cornwall she holds the breathwork, the kundalini activations and the yoga flow, and she guides every session live from the first breath to the last.

Anna
@anna.aganthaQuantum healer practitioner, transformative nature hikes facilitator.
Anna leads the coastal and forest journeys — the walks that open the week and set its rhythm — and holds the past-life regression work as a QHHT practitioner. Her sessions are where a lot of people find the part of the retreat they were not expecting.
The Glen
For five days we journey into the wild and mystical landscape of North Cornwall — a land of ancient forest, dramatic Atlantic coastline and legends of King Arthur and Merlin.
At the heart of it is the sacred waterfall of St Nectan's Glen, hidden inside an ancient temperate rainforest. Long regarded as a sacred place, the Glen carries a powerful symbolism of the Divine Mother — cleansing, and rebirth.
Surrounded by the water and the forest, we make space to release what no longer needs to be carried, reset the nervous system, and experience the profound feeling of being held by nature.

The Itinerary
Five days with a shape to them — movement at first light, the coast and the Glen through the morning, breath and activation in the afternoon, and the evenings by the water.
A rhythm, not a rulebook — timings shift with the weather, the tides and the group.

To release. To reconnect. To rediscover your joy.

The Nature
Waterfalls, clootie trees, coast path and cove. The landscape is not the backdrop to this retreat — it is half the work.

This is an active retreat — days on foot, on uneven ground, in Cornish weather. Nothing is compulsory, and every part of the programme can be sat out.
The Accommodation
Nourishing food, shared moments, genuine connection.

Full board
Every meal through the five days, cooked fresh. Dietary needs are arranged with Karina before you arrive.
A small group
Small enough that by the third day it stops feeling like a group of strangers. Shared tables, shared days.
Four nights
A comfortable room and a warm house to come back to each evening — and long enough away from everything to ignite some real change in you.
Five days. Deep in nature. A treat to yourself.

Questions
Register your interest using the form on this page — name, email, phone and a few details about rooms, diet and anything we should know. There is no payment at that point. Karina reads every one personally and comes back to you to talk it through, and your place is then held with the £500 deposit.
North Cornwall, based around St Nectan's Glen near Tintagel — ancient temperate rainforest on one side, the Atlantic coast path on the other. It's roughly three and a half hours from London by train. The exact address and full travel directions come to you once your place is confirmed.
Full board and the full programme: four nights of accommodation, all meals, and every session, ceremony and excursion listed above. Getting yourself to Cornwall is not included — message Karina and she will help you work out the easiest route.
This is an active retreat. Expect walking most days on coastal and forest paths, some of it uneven and hilly, plus optional wild swimming in the sea and in the mermaid pools. It is not a race and nothing is compulsory — you can sit any part of it out. If you have an injury or a condition you are unsure about, message Karina before you book rather than booking and hoping.
None at all. Karina guides every breath out loud from start to finish, and a large share of every group is doing it for the first time. You lie down, follow her voice, and let your body do the rest.
Anna is a QHHT past-life regression practitioner. She guides you into a deeply relaxed state and works with the memory, imagery and sensation that surface there — for many people it is the most unexpected part of the week. You stay in control throughout, and as with everything on the programme, it is entirely optional.
Deliberately small. The whole design of the week — private access to the Glen, the regression work, the depth of the group by day three — depends on it staying that way, so places are strictly limited.
The £500 deposit is what secures your place, and it comes off your total. It is non-refundable — the retreat is booked on fixed accommodation and a place held for you is a place nobody else can take.
By 23 September 2026. Two payments in total: the £500 deposit to hold your place, and the balance by 23 September. Karina will be in touch with the details after your deposit goes through.
Both are arranged directly with Karina once your deposit is in — including single occupancy, sharing, and anything the kitchen needs to know. Message her and she will confirm the details for your booking.
Cornwall in October is beautiful and changeable. Walking shoes you trust, warm layers, a proper waterproof, swimwear and a quick-dry towel for the sea, and something soft to lie in for the breathwork. A full packing list comes with your joining pack.

Still deciding? That is usually the part of you that already knows.
Before you book
The retreat includes active breathwork and kundalini activation, which are intense for body and mind, alongside daily hiking and optional cold-water swimming. Breathwork is not recommended for people with any of the following. If one applies to you — or if you have an injury, or are unsure about the walking — please message Karina before booking rather than booking and hoping.
